The Extreme Long Range course is where we really “stretch the legs” on your magnum and super magnum rifles to extreme distances.  In this course you will learn advanced precision rifle marksmanship skills and ELR shooting techniques to achieve first or second round impacts on targets at ranges from 1000 to 2200 yards!  The .300 Winchester Magnum cartridge is the minimum needed for this challenging advanced rifle marksmanship course.  Students engage steel targets from multiple firing points, each with different wind conditions and varying terrain.

Students build upon the skills of the Riflecraft 250 and 350 courses and significantly “push-the-envelope” on their precision rifle marksmanship skills and the capability of their precision rifle, optic and ammunition system.  The principal focus of the ELR course is to instruct and train students how to “dial-in” their rifle and ballistic software so that they can achieve first round hits out to the practical limit of their precision rifle system.  The “Know Your Limits” graduation day exercise is set up with the closest unknown distance target set at approximately 800 yards and progress outwards to 2200 yards! Lunch and refreshments are provided each day and a Certificate of Completion is awarded at the conclusion of the course.
